REX is a retail performance digital platform that captures retail performance and operational data across your network and generates diagnostic insights through comparative performance analytics and trend analysis. REX enables leaders to take targeted action to improve results.
Built on a five-pillar framework, REX supports a Track–Train–Reward methodology that connects performance visibility with capability development and behavioural reinforcement. Checklists are completed on mobile devices during store visits, with photos, comments, and scoring captured in real time. This ensures every visit produces comparable, trackable performance data across the network. Checklist results flow directly into the REX analytics dashboard providing immediate input into store performance. After completion, REX automatically generates a short, prioritised action plan based on checklist results that can be shared directly with the Store Team, turning data into clear next steps. |
